About the Presentation
The Ancient Wisdom, which is neither new nor old, but eternal, has to be re-thought for each successive generation. We are currently in interesting and challenging times. How can that eternal wisdom be brought to bear in today’s world? What can we do to ease the planets burden? These questions will be explored in this talk/discussion.
About the Presenter
Phillipa has been a member of the Theosophical Society since 1994. She is the former President of the Brisbane Lodge and a former Queensland State Representative on the National Council. She has given talks at the Brisbane Lodge and at various Lodges and groups around the State, at national conventions and at the School of Theosophy.
Her Theosophical passions range through meditation practice, esoteric spiritual thought, and the ever-unfolding inward journey revealing the Reality of the essential unity of all things, of which the brotherhood of the first object of the TS is an expression.
Previous lives (in this one) included singing, felt making and contemporary circus. Phillipa is also interested in the Arts, particularly music and textiles, both contemporary and those from traditional cultures.
